ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and J & O Zuniga Enterprises LLC, a California limited liability company operating as Jay's Barber House at 847 Sixth St, Norco, CA 92860 ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the website at jaysbarberhousenorco.com, booking an appointment, submitting any form or visiting Jay's Barber House in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, submit any form or opt in to receive communications from Jay's Barber House. By using our digital services you represent and warrant you are 18 or older. Individuals under 18 may receive in-person barbering services only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
OUR SERVICES
Jay's Barber House, operated by J & O Zuniga Enterprises LLC, provides professional barbering services including but not limited to:
- Haircuts (House Cut 1, 2 and 3)
- Kids haircuts (Little House Cut)
- Beard trims with hot towel shave and straight razor finish
- Lineup and edge-up services
Services are performed by licensed and trained barbers at our Norco, CA location. Pricing is as listed on our website and is subject to change. The most current pricing will always be confirmed at the time of service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for conduct that violates these Terms or threatens the safety and comfort of our clients or staff.
APPOINTMENTS & BOOKINGS
Walk-Ins
Jay's Barber House welcomes walk-in clients during all business hours. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed and depends on current chair availability.
Online Bookings
Online appointments may be scheduled at jaysbarberhouse.setmore.com. By booking online you agree to the additional terms presented by Setmore, our third-party booking platform.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment out of respect for our barbers' schedules
- Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future bookings or loss of booking privileges
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in cases of staff illness, emergencies or circumstances outside our control
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment we may need to reschedule your service depending on availability. We'll do our best to accommodate you.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Accepted payment methods are subject to change.
- All prices are in US dollars and are subject to applicable California sales tax where required
- Gratuity for barbers is appreciated but never required
- We do not offer refunds for services already rendered. If you're unsatisfied, please let us know at the time of your visit so we can make it right
- Returned or disputed payments may result in suspension of booking privileges
CLIENT CONDUCT
Jay's Barber House is a family-friendly environment. We expect all clients to treat staff and fellow clients with respect. The following conduct may result in refusal of service or removal from the premises:
- Verbal abuse, harassment or threatening behavior directed at any person
- Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability or any protected class
- Disruptive behavior that interferes with the comfort or safety of others
- Arriving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances
- Misuse of our website, booking system or communications channels
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while on the premises.
SMS COMMUNICATIONS, CONSENT & TCPA COMPLIANCE
J & O Zuniga Enterprises LLC, operating as Jay's Barber House, sends automated and non-automated text messages via GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) to clients who have provided prior express written consent. Our SMS program is compliant with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act and A2P 10DLC carrier registration requirements.
SMS opt-in data and consent records obtained through our program are never shared with or sold to any third party under any circumstances.
Age Requirement for SMS Opt-In
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to opt in to receive text messages from Jay's Barber House. By submitting your phone number and checking any SMS consent checkbox on our website, you confirm you meet this requirement.
How We Obtain Consent

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Your mobile phone number will not be sold, rented or shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes. It is used solely for the communications described above, processed through our CRM platform — GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — operated on our behalf by Clear Choice Systems LLC, our authorized marketing partner registered under A2P 10DLC carrier requirements.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket and other major US carriers. Carrier availability may vary.

All content on jaysbarberhousenorco.com — including text, images, graphics, logos, design elements, photography and video — is owned by or licensed to J & O Zuniga Enterprises LLC dba Jay's Barber House and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

- You may not use our name, logo or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written approval
- Screenshots or social sharing of publicly visible content for personal non-commercial purposes is permitted

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
